Hi Guys,
Just a quickie. Rave states that to remove these, one simply hooks an allen key or something similarly hooked into the corner of the left hand one.
Does this need to release something or does it literally just act as a hook allowing the vent assembly to 'easily' slide out? The warning that it may damage the vanes worries me slightly...
I only want to remove them because apparently you can then access the distribution flap to spray silicone lubicant around it in an attempt to stop the bugger sticking. I'll try the self tapping screw method if this doesn't work, but this approach seemed slightly less hassle...
Any thoughts?
