Thought things were going too well with no issues for a while :mad:

Just noticed tonight when i got back from work that the front passenger door isnt locking with the remote central locking.

If i operate it from inside with the latch it operates and locks and unlocks the other doors ok.

All other doors and boot are working by remote so i am assuming it may be the actuator rod come off the offending door, does this sound right??

Cheers Glyn

Have a look at white plugs at base of A post passenger side one is power and feeds to outstation. Maybe wet and corroded.

Hi and no it doesnt move only manually.Cheers Glyn

Then it sounds like it either isn't getting the signal or the lock motor has burnt out.

If you get the door card off and check in RAVE for the wiring diagram for your year, you should be able to test the voltages. A pulse is sent to spin the motor when you press the button on the fob. If it is the motor just get an MGF actuator that looks the same and swap the big motor from inside the actuator over. PWood has done a How To, I think. If pulse is missing then try all the connectors as Wammers said. The door outstations can be swapped over to check if that is working OK.
