Central locking problem

Hi all
I've recently got a 2005 l322 diesel with 120000 on the clock & so far so good

I have a annoying fault with the central locking press the button to open both rear doors stay locked front & tailgate are fine after 3 to 5 attempts both locks on the rear doors open annoying for the kids standing in the rain

Has anyone else had this ?? & any idea where to start would be great thanks

May need a clean and lubricate of the lock mechanism.
