Hi Guys n Gals, I have a problem with my wife's 2008 GS TD4 . When pressing the unlock button on the remote fob it only unlocks the drivers door. If I press it twice the windows go down. If I press it 3 times the passenger doors all unlock . This is very annoying as we don't want the windows open in the rain ! Is there some way I can reprogram the central locking so all the doors unlock with one press of the button ? Anyone had this problem ? Any help would be appreciated .

Yes, you can set the remote to do single door unlock, or multi doors unlock.
It's in the handbook, page 41.

If the windows are going down, it suggests the unlock button is sticking, which is initiating the global open function (holding the unlock for 3 seconds).

Try switching to the second key, and see if that does the same thing.

I thought the windows only went down if you press and held the unlock button? Are you holding the button down for too long?

Thankyou so much. I have ordered a handbook but it is yet to arrive. Will try this & let you know how I get on.

No mate, just pressed the button twice without holding it. I have reset the central locking now thanks to a previous reply to my question & all is good. Just got to replace the tailgate handle microswitch now & we're sorted .
