Old RF unit has toasted the lock motors by the sound of it.

Possible wiring issue from the A pillar to the door...or from the Outstation to the lock...

If the Fob works the other locks, no sync issue...if the sill buttons work, lock motors are fine...

Next is to check the wiring to/from th BeCM as the signal to unlock isn't getting to the lock motors!

well after messing about with the locks all day i have got the passenger side to work on the fob it was a sticky connection and lock tab sticking on the door panel but alas the drivers side is fubar previous owner has butchered the wiring and cut the some of the wires to the plugs and botched the wires  no wonder it wont work  so new lock ordered should be with me by the weekend fingers crossed got a new bit of the loom with plugs attached from the salvage yard so will hopefully get it sorted when the lock arrives

new drivers lock arrived and all doors working on fob now had to patch in a new section of loom as previous owner had just cut the wires and half of them were just bare and the plugs were cut off  nearly 4 hours in the cold to get it all working again
