Hi,
I have just retrofitted my difflock & have number 15 high temp gearbox light on the dash binnacle. I found another thread where it stated that I would have to cut the wire on connector co506 pin 9. I thought I may get away with this, as it stated it was not needed on later models (mine is 2004) as SLABS ecu was programmed to ignore it. I guess this is aimed more at Sierraferry as I am sure he will know, but when I replaced the SLABS ecu for model no. SRD000150 is this from an earlier model meaning I will need to cut the wire ? I was told by the scrappy that it was the same year & I made sure to get that model number as recommded tp me.
Dan.
