L322 CD multichanger

Hi, I have just bought a 2004 4.4 V8 vogue, after a couple of initial problems seized brake calipers and coolant leak I think we are starting to "bond". I searched for the multichanger but could not find it but then found a hole in the glovebox where it once was I think, there is a thin lead coming out the hole but it looks like a iphone lead to me. I cannot find a multichanger lead I was looking to buy a second hand changer and lead but need to know what type to get where does it plug in to the head unit or an amp or somewhere else, are they all the same from that era or do they differ from year to year. Many thanks.

I think the l322 AV kit is all in the boot (or should be)

Not in the boot of the L322 I have worked on, only SatNav & amps etc. I think it lives in the back of the glove box, not certain about that though. It's a waste of time IMO as you can play endless music from Android and other devices.

CDC is in the glove box......two loooooong cables go into it....I *may* have a photo of when I took my glove box out somewhere!

Ah right, my bad, I was thinking of the oft mentioned dvd player.

I got a replacement remote for my DVD today. the guy who supplied it has a lot of RR entertainment parts. I'll PM you his contact info

Thanks,where do the cables come from as I cant find them in the glovebox area so if I can find them at the other end that may help me if they are there at all !!!!!

You might find them tucked up if you remove the panel above passengers feet, they are long because you have to remove the glove box assemble to be able to remove the cd changer from it.
