Good Morning all
I have a little question I took my safari door off at the weekend so I could fit a tailgate and catflap this is where the problem started.
The tailgate fits with no issue but for the catflap, I had to remove the hinges from the panel and then fit the hinges to the roof as there wasn't enough clearance to fit the top flap without.
After I bolted everything back together I could not open the top flat without it hitting that lip on the roof and the hinges rubbed up the metal where the door seal sits in.
Can someone advise what I'm missing please as I thought this would have been a quick swap?
