Thanks to everyone that pointed me in the right direction yesterday & understand compressor for EAS wont even contemplate working until "hard fault" is cleared, so this is now my dilema.
I have the EAS Suite & cable which I bought from DataTek some time ago but can't upload it to my laptop, all be it it's an old piece of crap running XP. So when I go to install the attached pictures are what comes up, the 3rd picture say's if I remove Net Framework 1.0 Feature Pack then I will loose all the other programmes in that box, is that right, if I delete the lot & re-install Net Framework 2.0 will that re-install updated versions of what i'm deleting & will that then allow me to upload & run the EAS suite? Any help again greatly appreciated
Pic 1 comes up when I go to run the Suite
Pic 2 tells me any other Net Framework has to be deleted
Pic 3 says what will be deleted if I delete the 1.0 Feature pack
