cant get gears

hi a got a p38 just changed transfer box and front diff no problems run it a few times all ok just been to my mates and when i pulled it display gave a transfer neutral msg now if i start it and move selector into gear i can't get any and i try putting it back into park with engine running i get a grinding noise any ideas pls

sounds like t/box is in neutral and with no wieght on gear box its turning and when you select park which is castelated ring which pin pushes into is grating

think i sorted the problem i just pulled 11 fuse think i might have put it in earlier today when i was checking fuses under seat and noticed one missing
