hi , I've just had a disco 200tdi engine fitted into my defender, i bought new rocker cover gasket, but it came without the small half moon rubbers, question is what are they called ? where can i get them ? and will i need silicone for them

just a small bump because i need help ,has anyone got any information on these half moon rubbers, or knows were i can get them
