Well as the title really, I have a 95 300tdi lifted, the mechanicals are as good as can be expected and i maintain it fairly well but the body is rough to say the least, usual suspects, sills boot floor wheel arches etc etc, now in the summer i fancy cutting the back of it off and making it a pick up with a bit of a bob tail.
I have already patched up one front arch and floor but i reckon as i will near enough have to strip out the back and the the rest of the interior to do the rest i may as well chop off the upper back end.
I have always liked pick ups, my S111 was a pick up as was my 90 so it just feels right.
Has anyone got experience of doing it? anyone got any negatives i should know about?
so come on, good idea or bad, i am only registered to have two seats anyway so im not losing anything that way.:scratching_chin:

plus you can put truck stack exhausts on them
