Can we still decat?

An emissions test maybe but this doesn't test specifically the CAT, just the overall emissions from the entire engine and exhaust so if something that looks like a cat is visable and emissions are ok it doesnt matter if the CAT is present or not

For the sake of every ones health lets hope the tester can recognise a fake Cat.
