can someone please please help me

can some please help me with a problem i have got with my freelander L series 1998

I recently changed my sump and gasket(2 weeks ago) as i had an oil leak.

i have been driving around in it on short journey's the gasket came out but i dropped the sump and put it back into place, then it went on a long run when i got back home a very large oil puddle formed under the car and when i look underneath it the gasket had popped out in 3 places i did the bolts up to the right torque setting.

i have been reading up on these forums and i have been reading about the crankshaft filter

can some please tell me if the L series has got one and were is it and if it doesn't have one what could be causing this problem
can some please help me as i am going around in cycles and going sightly mad with it

it is best to stick a new gasket to one surface, usually the sump before fitting, afraid you need another new gasket and some gasket compound that sets for one side of the joint. top edge of sump could be distorted through overtightening in the past.
