Disco 2 Can someone make an idiot's proof guide to renew coolant?

Hey guys,

Time to renew the coolant on my td5... Could you PLEASE write down an idiot's proof guide for doing that? What hoses do I disconnect? Should I connect a garden hose in the expansion tank?

Not an idiots guide but taken from the workshop manual.
