Can someone check my wiring/lights plan?

Hello,

So I've been through the threads on here about wiring in a light bar. Just to make sure I haven't missed anything could someone check this over:

For a 4x 55w light bar on the front and a 2 x 55w light bar on the rear.

So i have a split charge system - the output of the aux battery goes to a disco fuse box. From this I have a 30amp wire to a 30amp relay, which is activated by a switch on the dash. Then a 30 amp wire to a mini junction box and from this wires to each individual light. The rear lights will have the same but with a 20 amp relay, junction box and wires. Everything will be shrink wrap insulated.

Also, someone told me on here that both the aux and main battery can be earthed to the chassis and all electrical components, regardless of whether they are powered by the aux or main battery, can be earthed to the chassis and the current will find its own way back to the appropriate battery - is this correct? At the moment this stuff on the aux battery are earthed directly and its a bit become a bit of a Bolognese.

Thanks guys

Dave

Only problem I see is you have all the lights on one big fuse, unless you have heavy wire to each lamp if one lamp shorts out the wiring will melt.plus if one shorts out they all go out. fuse each one separately then if a fuse blows you know which part of the wiring to look at.
