Can i upgrade to a sat nav?

Hi, Looking to fit, If its not fitted a sat nav/TV unit. Whats the best way to go with this?
The upgrade would be to a P38 Range Rover 4.6 HSE. 1997
All thought and suggestions will be treated with the contempt thay deserve....LOL :D
