can any body help with td4 starting prob

hi ive got problems starting my td4 freelander hot or cold , replaced glow plugs,checked relays and fuses??????

do an injector leak of test, Unplug the electrical connectors on each injector, remove the leak off pipe from the injectors, clamp off the return pipe and then crank the engine. If fuel rises up in any of the injector spill unions more than a very small amount the injector is faulty and causing a drop in common rail pressure. other than that check the low side fuel pressure.
