Hi. I'm just putting the head back together (td5) what would you recommend to make the cam carrier gasket. And where I could buy it?

As above, apply it with a small gloss paint (foam) roller.
Follow the directions in RAVE/Manual
You only need a very thin layer, theres enough in the tube to do about 20+ engines!
