Im looking to buy RRS £12,000 with 75,000-85,000mls with full service history any handy info i need to know like how much does a EBR cost fitted also air suspension pump (s) fitted more info appreciated

The first rule is to put a third of the value of the car to one side for repairs to follow.
As most vehicles, take your time to check it and everything it has over thoroughly. The inevitable question, why are they selling it if private and where did it come from originally if trade. If you can get hold of the last owner (possibly) and ask them questions also.
Ebr? If the suspension pump is a worry ask for it to be checked or replaced in the deal. ;) good luck and take your time. :D

If air pump fecked, is there a leak? The pumps are an easy fix, repair kits available. My mates RRS has same pump as a L332

Cheers ,must be good ones out there though somewhere lol
He is talking about the good ones. These vehs are not like others and we here at LZ are not like other marque enthusiasts. We know our vehicles will break down, we know it will be expensive, we will share that information with those who wish to own the marque. If after being told the facts , you still wish to own one, then great, but walk in with your eyes, and wallet, wide open ;) :D

Yeah eyes are fully open lol been doing research on them for bout 12mths or so but never in a forum like this thing are becoming more clear but not deterring me thanks for your comment

There might be the odd exception, but in my experience, most newer LRs have issues somewhere. If it's not the engines then it's the electrical system, if those are ok it'll be the suspension system which gives trouble.
Don't forget that these vehicles are generally regarded is rugged, so uneducated owners tend to be rather inconsiderate to them, driving over speed humps without slowing down is a classic example. These vehicles are seriously heavy, so abuse like this takes a heavy toll on suspension components.

I love going over bumps at speed, especially when boy racer billy is behind me, always brings a tear to my eyes when I see their car jerk over the speed bumps!

So do I. It's hilarious watching them bounce about behind me, when I've just cruised over the bumps in comfort, although I know it's potentially still damaging to the suspension, it's worth it for the comedy factor. :D
