Buying a v8

Hi to everyone as i'm new here.

I'm currently looking for a V8 Disco around £5000, what should i look for and what should i expect, age etc?

Im used to juicy cars, but if the 3.9 proves too much i may go lpg, and would appreciate any advice on this conversion.

had LPG conversion best thing I did 2 tanks underneath approx 120m for £20 instead of 40m £20 petrol. Around town

Iv a 3.5 v8 which only gets used for weekends, if your buying for a everyday car then lpg is the best option. Look on the autotrader web site, non lpg discos are very cheap, its worth checking the differance in prices, buying a non lpg gives you more options, you can then always put lpg on when you have found the one you want,conversion costs, ave £1400.
