im not tight or anything but does anyone else make stuff that takes hours, days, even weeks to make rather than sit in a comfy warm sofa and and order it on inter web while watching eastbenders! so far iv built a dash and top pod for me 90,gass struts on bonnet and rear door, cubby box, tank gaurd, side locker door, rear step, bush wires and iv still got plans for a ally roof rack, cooker housing on rear door and a locking safe type thing in place of the drivers side wing top vent to put a battary cut off switch in! am i bonkers:rolleyes:

i try to build as much as i can, so far, rock sliders, heavy duty bumper, diff guards, and things for inside, but when its something i can't make, aluminum stuff mainly i'm not afraid to buy :)

I prefer to build it, though somtimes it does go very wrong... However it does help to have a mate whos an engineer!

Its like these Raptor dashes, ever since I saw them I really wanted one in my Landy though didnt know they dont fit post 2000 Defenders which sucks especially at a price for £125 for a full custom one.

So im making my own from some 3mm ali and having it powder coated for about £20!
