Morning all there are a miriad of post about polybush verses oem thought I would add my recent experience.
I have a p38 on polybushes all round and since changing - 5 years ago to polybushes always thought the ride harsh and hard. The other week I bought another p38 same age and it had been very well maintained new draglinks etc etc but interestingly it had all its work performed at a main dealer and the bushes all round are less than 18 months old with new shocks and I can say that thr ride is just so much better there is a sacrifice in cornering"wallow " but the rest of the ride is so much better.
So in a nutshell put oem bushes and shocks on and it will drive like a dream no pulling or drift and I am on worn tyres of different types until tomorrow .
I do believe that that is exactly what all the experienced members on here say :bounce: so it goes to show there is some wisdom here:D

My experience too. I swapped to poly once and swapped back to rubber in less than a month. Only thing I'd add is the Boge shocks, supposedly OEM, are also harsh. I changed to plain old Britpart - no cellular, no gas and it was perfect. They lasted about 3 years which is not much but as far as I recall I got them 4 for £65 at the time so how can you complain! :D
