Bumpy Ride ???

Hey all, does everyone with a disco 1 feel every soddin bump in the road or is it just mine ? ive recently done the rear dampers cos the mounting rubbers were knackered although thats improved the ride a bit it still isnt brilliant what to look at next ??? it drives nice otherwise and on smooth tarmac its sweet as a nut but round town and such its ... well ..... horrible my 3 1/2 ton transit has a smoother ride and thats done 1/2 a million miles any common things that would do this ? or just any ideas where to start looking

What is the condition of your bushes?Could need replacing

replace or better still uprate springs, shocks, polybushes, anti roll bars etc etc
