or this:

maybe not this: (on the grounds of taste)
RDX Rear lamp/lights Freelander 1 2003 to 2006 Td4/V6 on eBay (end time 19-Dec-10 07:52:51 GMT)
finally this:

or you could try paddocks, craddocks and so on
now not really so hard was it, quick search for "freelander rear light" revealed all of those on ebay. Years ago, when I was an apprentice, someone said "there are none so blind as those that will not see". In this case, there are none so blind as those that cannot be arsed.
