Building a bumper and sliders for someone so heres the pics so far
Started by making the rear step for it
After this I cut the bumper ends to the correct angle that I wanted for the design (60*)
Quick vid.

Pics again, cut bumper ends at 60* and slider ends at 45*
After this a good bit of engineers blue to mark out the holes that need cutting the box section for the CDS jacking points to be put into
Let it dry and with an engineers compass scratch the circle into the blue
Punch holes for marking out with chalk before cutting
Roughly cut holes for sliders and bumper with gas axe
Smooth off edges (ish) with round file
And now its ready to go onto the milling machine to use a 43mm bit to finish the hole off to a perfect circle allowing the tube to fit in nice and tight before I weld it up with the industrial bugger at the back
