Bulkhead replacement

Hi I am new to defenders and have brought one only problem is the bulkhead is rusty but was well hidden when i brought it i have a bulkhead but was wondering what nuts and bolts i need as i would like to get everything before i start the replacement, has i have never done this before. Mine is a 1990 defender 200tdi your help would be much appreciated.

I am doing the same thing at the moment and would suggest you look at Paddocks (Paddock Spares - Land Rover, Range Rover Parts & Accessories - Discovery, Defender and Freelander) as they do bolt kits for most things, but before you put the new one in cure any rust, waxoil the inside where you can and seal and holes that you don't need where models have changed. i would also stone chip the engine side of the footwells to protect the most rust prone area.

Is it a new td5 bulkhead or one for the 200tdi?

its a 200tdi i think the chap i brought it off was selling a td5 bulkhead as well but when i said my mine was a 200tdi he said i would be better with this one as the td5 would need quite a bit of work to make it fit he also included the wiper motor as well
