Hi, brand new to this.
Recently purchased a 110 TD5, and been a bit of a rookie - didn't check the bulkhead before buying!!
So after pushing my accelerator pedal into the engine bay, and with more inspection and a trip to a local specialist I've come to the conclusion a new galvanised bulkhead is needed. If anyone has any suggestions for garages or people who are competent at fitting a new one I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks, James.

I'm based near Kendal in the North West. I've contacted Bespoke in Harrogate (waiting for quote) and have seen "Retro Defenders" are also based in Harrogate (?)

A brand new genuine painted TD5 bulkhead comes in at around 3k, any photos of yours? It may well be repairable, a lot cheaper than a new one. Galvy units will be heaps bought off EBay, repaired, galvanised then sold on, sometimes its better the devil you know.

Oh, and be careful of ''specialists'', there are a few decent people out there, one or two decent pro LR specific mechanics on here, but a lot of them see LR's as cash cows.
