Bulkhead repair panels

Has anyone had a go at repairing their bulkhead with the new extended repair panels that cover the vents? My bulkhead is pretty poor including around the vents so fancy these but am interested to find out how easy they are to weld in and get them nice and straight. Looks like some sort of jig might need making up?

i feel your pain - thats where i am at the mo, Ive got the complete repir panel and while they seem to fit, I havent got as far as stiking them in as whe i cut the grotty outer face off i found a whole world of pain :-(.
