Snap on dont break, end of.

Only break if used for things it weren't to be used for...

snap on tools do break mainly torx t handles, torx sockets, have ####ed all the gears in a ratchet, picks, breaker bar were the socket clips on ive had snap on me, I reckon I give snap on dealer 1 tool a week to replace and he never asks how I was using it, just replaces no questions asked

It does say on the handle snap on gs002 do not use as pry bar or chisel which i also have i was tweaking my pump on my disco.it snapped on the screw on the top of the pump.

I tweeked my pump today aswell and guess what, I snapped a flat blade screw driver trying tobundo the screws on the top of the pump, used a makita impact driver in the end.

I've snapped loads of pozi screw drivers using them to undo screws, most of the bacho, stannley, or wira, not the cheapest,

And thats why most pro's use SnapOn not because they are in any way better than other good quality tools.

I to have broken a snap on screw driver using it correctly. Put a snapper on the little nut head at the top and you can really give it some turning power.

The thing I break most is the 1/2" strong arm or breaker bar what ever you call it. Even did the 3/4" one once.

All replaced free of charge, they couldn't get the parts for the 3/4" bar anymore so they replaced everything.

I've broken all sorts. If you're a decent customer they just replace or repair no questions asked. If you don't spend a bean they will probably check it for abuse.

Was working today and my snap on screwdriver snapped right at the end. It is under the life time guarentee but how do i change it.just give it to local snap on guy when see them around. Or do i have to send it off.

If your not In the motor trade ie don't work in a garage then find your nearest bodyshop or garage ask one of the guys in there when the snap on man pops in or get the snap on mans number from them

Job done

No problem getting anything replaced. Theres a bit of banter about how long a pipe you had on the handle when it broke.

Just make sure when you beat a spanner with a hammer make sure its a plastic hammer :)

We probably get 2 long 50 torx bits every time snap on shows up. He has walked in the door with them in his hand :)

ive bust loads of snapon screw drivers and all replaced no probs. but have spent quite abit with him so he's never questioned it. 13mm sockets dont last long in our garage.
