Noticed the inside was a bit muddy so had a quick look, part of the reflector was missing for the dip beam.

One bolt sheared off, now drilled out, will tap M10 tomorrow.

The plastic mount thing had broken off one end and the other was seized.

Drilled out the other screw and driled the whole thing out.

Managed tri stick the mirror part back in position.

Then patched the hole with plastic sheet and silicon sealer.

Glued the mount thing back on with sealer, but not strong enough so welded one end tonight and will weld the other end in the morning.

Cheaper than a new headlamp, I hope the repair lasts.

And that plastic welder has paid for itself many times over.

All seems OK, still some dirt marks inside so will clean in a week or so.

I seam welded the headlamp to the bracket and it seems pretty strong.

Will look for another cheap to strip down and repair properly as I want an undamaged reflector.
