Broken Glovebox!!!

I shut my glove-box the other day and the catch on the dash has completely broken off:doh:, the whole thing light bracket as well. I have seen this on another but he never fixed it. I've tried to glue it on with no success. Its a 95 300series disco, any body else had to fix this or is there a kit to repair it with. Thanks regards Steve

Why not get a replacement? Plenty of them being broken at the moment.

As above, it also has a part number so it's a replacement part.

Its the metal plate that holds the light and catch that has come off the inside off the dash. If it was the box it self I have one of those spare as I've just broke a 95 Disco. Thanks for trying anyhow I wasn't clear enough the first time. Suppose I could fit the other dash in but it's a lot of work for a silly catch really.

This haend to me, i'm sure it was the same problem. I just offered it up and put some self taing screws in. quick fix!!
