Hi guys! Can anyone give me a definitive answer, is the britpart intercooler a re-branded Serk item?
Looking at paddocks, the britpart item is some £53 more than the Serk, which obviously would be ridiculous to pay I they are the same item!
Also, does anyone have experience of driving a remapped td5 defender with the britpart intercooler installed? Mines been remapped, but I've noticed a bit of smoke (unburnt diesel) under load, and I'm hoping the larger intercooler will help combat this, also looking to decrease the egts when towing as i know this can be a td5 weak spot!
Any first hand experience of different brand experience would be very much appreciated before i bite the bullet as they are fairly dear items! Thanks all, J
