well after about 2 hours trying to find the site as i got lost(should of been 30 mins!!!!) when me and my m8 got there in our freelanders the bloke said "i hope your not thinking of taking them down in the woods and chuckled!" I thought here we go another freelander joke!! but he said the track down there is ruined now and you really need an old banger with mud tyres and wouldnt recommend anyone with a shiney motor as it would get knackered!! I spose he was just being honest as he said " i will take your tenner from you but you defo will knacker you motor" so we left there and drove a lane by us which still had some mud :) and a ford crossing and we even drove some in the shallow river and got to say that the freelander was superb! and had loads of fun for free!! just thought i would let others know if you have a looked after landy then maybe the tracks no good for you...next time gonna go salisbury plain or pay more and go to minstead :)
