you could , i use poly because you get a full vehicle kit for about 70 quid and are easy to fit and change if needed later

Once you have struggled with diy shed tools to get the old bushes out it makes sense to fit 2 part poly bushes. Knowing you can change them next time so easily means there really is no point in putting off what is otherwise an arseache of a job.
