Hi all I have fitted new master cylinder and new front calipers.
Freed off the rear and fitted new good quality pads all round. Bled the system the old fashioned way with wife in car down up lol.
Brakes definitely not as good as they should be.
If I exhaust the servo and hold pedal down it drops a bit when engine started.
Any ideas what to look at next?
Regards kev

Could you be just a bit more specific?
Cos I am wondering whether you mean they don't stop the car as well as it should or you have a spongy pedal.
The first would be down to the pads still needing to bed in, the second would mean you still have air in the system.

I have read in a post were the calipers are not handed side and the fit both sides , the only way to tell them which side they fit is the bleed nipple should be on the top, he was having trouble bleeding as the nipple was on the bottom, he swapped the over and they were fine after the swap

Hello Mr Just-up-the-road-from-me!!!
Do love this!
Reminds me of my Mini that proved impossible to bleed until I swapped the bleed nipple for the brake pipe running across the back. As you say, hard to bleed a system with the nipple on the bottom. :rolleyes:

@frostythor
When someone sends you a photo asking if you can see a problem :eek:
(Yep calliper upside down) did chuckle & told him to have less beers
