Brakes locking on!

Hi, i have a lwb 2A with a stage 1 front axle with the wider shoes. A few months ago i replaced all of the wheel cylinders and master cylinder and had the asbestos shoes cleaned and for a while the brakes were very good. Put you foot down on the pedal and all of the wheels would lock up. Went to use it the other day ,pushed the pedal lightly and the front right wheel locks up causing the car to veer to the right of the road!! i tried adjusting the left wheel up and loosened the right wheel but still does the same thing

Any clues??

Make sure the shoes and drum is free of any brakefluid or oil if the is any visible replace shoes and wash drums properly.

hub oil seal ok not leaking?

take drum off and have a good look about. could be the cylinder is shot and not returning...I had this and it locked so bad that it pulled a hole through the backplate.
