Hi all,
Quick question on the brakes. Today I fitted new rear calipers and did the two man bleeding until no air was coming out of the calipers (I did not bleed the front, didn't think i needed to) All was good, saw no leaks after pumping the pedal a number of times so I set off to test them out.
I first noticed that when I initially pushed the brake pedal it is much softer and the brakes don't engage well unless I really hit it to the ground, did not do this before. But then if I pump the pedal once, then press down on the brake pedal it is much more firm, like normal, and stops the defender well.
When I got back I checked for leaks again and didn't see anything, Do you all think there is air in the lines? or what may be causing this??
