Brake Problem

Cheers to everyone. I have a 95 Classic County LWB 4 door. I live in Tijuana (Baja), Mexico. I sent my RR to get brakes fixed and machanic cant figure out how to bleed the brake system. Can someone send me [email protected] full procedure to bleed (purgar) all 4 disc brakes.? Where can I get maintenance manual and how much will it cost? Also, gas cap lid wont open when I push button, so NO GAS, any tips? This is my first post. Looking forward to learning much about this site. Gracias 2 all.
