brake pipe

i nead to change my brake pipe that gos from tha valv at the front to the rear axle but the nut a the valve end is rounded has enayone got enay tips on how to remove this nut

Lots of WD40 and left to soak for a few hours then a socket smaller than the nut and hammer it gently onto the rounded nut. It may turn.

that sounds beter do i just cut the pipe and hamer the soket on

If its a metal pipe and not a flexi (defender man myself) then cut the pipe as close to the union as poss then use a six sided socket. Tap the socket on with a hammer and make sure its square and take it easy undoing.
If its a flexi pipe then i`ll be f**ked if i know but good luck anyway

its a steel brake pipe all try it with a 10mm soket and see how that gos and av bean soking it in wd40 all day

If 10mm starts rounding knock a 3/8 socket on its a bit smaller and might just help

I'd still have beasted it off with mole grips, but I'm a rough bastard lol
