Strange one for you guys, my 1998 4.6 displays a message on the dash for RH BRAKE LIGHT FAILURE , but it works fine ? Any suggestions or just ignore it?

Check the bulbholders and connections for cleanliness and corrosion first. Replace the bulb(s) next.
After that, it could get awkward
and I'm not going there.....yet !!!

I'd go for bad earths or corrosion too.
