Brake adjusters

Does anyone have an alternative to the cheap aftermarket backplate brake adjusters? Mine stripped after on adjustment.

I've found that they are good, but they need a tiny bit of a fettle when fitting, so that the pawl slides into the splines easily when the bolt is tightened. Otherwise they do strip. A slight touch of a file and a drop of lube is usually enough.

Thank you. I think that my tightening was a little limp wristed! I have retightened and the peg has moved further into the cams so should be ok now
