Bottom Swivel Pin on TD5

Have had a look for the answer on older posts but can not see direct answers.
Anyone with some answers please.
TD5 bottom swivel pin has broken would appreciate any advice as to why this happened having just been replaced and prevention measures, please.

disco .defender ?if defender why did you replace it they normally never fail ,poor fitting or poor part

The original had sheared the word is that its a poor quality part.!

defender ? i never seen this happen without there been issues ,impact damage or poor work what other info have you
