Bonnet lettering

My P38 has had the bonnet and boot RANGE ROVER lettering replaced at some point and it looks like it was done rather 'freehand' - the spacing is not quite right, and it's not quite straight. Apart from that, it's a first class job :D

Anyway, is the exact positioning of the lettering documented anywhere? I'm guessing that it may well not be, because of course they come as one complete strip from the dealer, but just in case.
 
When I replaced mine they came like you say on a strip and you just got it level and the spacing was already done for you...
 
If you get it from eBay then it comes spaced correctly. You just pull the backing paper off (and leave the front mounted guide in place) then stick them down. Then peel off the front guide and it's done!

Oh, I know. I was hoping to try and stick the ones I have in the right place rather than buy a new set just to get the template.
