Now come on there have been some pretty daft questions asked on here the last few days which have got treated with the contempt they deserve so can we please keep this for threads that actually help people please?

Right then, on that note ... I have a tendency to make big doorstep size cheese sandwiches for lunch. The other day I forgot about them and they went very stale. Not being one for waste I now use them as wheel chocks for when I use my trolley jack on my sloping driveway. I plan doing this in the future too so would anybody know the weight limit for a 90 Defender if I use Stilton instead of my original Double Gloucester? I avoid Emmental and Jarlsberg as I think the holes in it would need filling first.

What do you think fellas?

I also find that good old Dairylea triangles make a superb filler for chassis holes! ... You must of course get it MOT'd at a mouse free testing station!

If you freeze the sandwich once made then they keep for longer and support a greater weight.

Its easier to fill the holes with primula cheese spread because it comes in a tube and you can use any left over as one shot cheese for your swivels

I think that would be a natural progression , after all the 1.8 petrol had a head gasket made of cheese.
