Roof is unique, but you can get a fibreglass rear section from North Off Road and use it with a cut down 90/110 roof...got one here ready made if your interested
Rear tub..
Probably unique, when I converted my hard top to double cab I used a CSW rear tub, b posts etc. and used the rear bulkhead from an old tub to fit behind the seats..
