bobtail disco

Hi everyone. I need help wanna bobtail my disco and i just wondered if anyone can give build threads or anythin that will help on my build.
Also what do you guys think about this ive had to many experiences with my bobtailed friends that pull out of sticky situation whilst im still sat ther in the hole or bog ect.
