Answered in your post in the Range Rover section.....

Basically it went along the lines of - put it all back together the way it should be, then try again....with it all apart and running the engine we would be here till doomsday trying to figure it out...!!

Thanks again, hope they dont see this as spam?? Only posted twice so it is not missed.. it runs exactly the same all put together with no change what so ever. the revs are completely uncontrollable and i left the boost hose of so it wont be boosting it up at the high rpm and i didnt want people to say its a run away on its own oil..
