BMW 525tds into P38

Hi all
I have a 98 2.5dse which is about to have its engine replaced from a 98 BMW 525tds. Can anyone tell me exactly what I will need to swap over from my engine.

Please dont tell me just to use the search function, as I have, and although I got some answers, I would like the answers to be specific to the two cars I am talking about.

It is probable that the FIP will not be compatable with the P38 engine ECU.
Othere than that, use your eyes, I think the manifolds are different and maybe the sump.

Yeah Keith think the electrical mudule on the side of the pump needs changing over.

Thanks, any ideas about pulleys etc?

I cant use my eyes at the moment as I havent bought the engine yet, I wanted to see how much work was involved before taking the plunge and buying it.
