Everyone's a comedian!

Which model?
Have you tried Google, I typed your question into Google and the first link was a video showing the location for a Freelander 1.

I know this video, but on my freelander is not like this.I cant find here, my steering wheel is on left side.

I think it's reversed for lhd. Not seen the video though.
Looking at rhd pic it's green and next to the round motor, towards the engine.
I've seen having ac makes a difference or maybe some other parts in the way.
If you can find the fan connector it should be close as it's cooled by the fan.

On mine, the blower looks the same.
Its got about 4 cables going to it.
Its fitted to the surround that's out of your picture.
The bit where the motor fixes to with 3 screws.
Its towards the engine side, but obviously mine is in the other side.

I think, not sure though, if you take out the blower you should be able to see inside or feel the resistors in there.
Its only held by the 3 screws and power cable

I finaly find the resistor and repair. Now blower motor works fine on 1 2 3 and 4 speed.I repair and blower motor, here was dust and oil.I dont know from where the oil comes in blower pipes.Im sending you pictures from my work, thanks for all who help me with the answers

Hello,
Same problem, LHD and resistor missing. Not quite understand the photos above. I assume photo is from right side? So to see resistor the big box and tube to blower needs to be removed? Easy? Attached is pic from my car, right hand side.

I think you'll find the heater resistor on the driver side of the heater box, which is the side opposite the diagnostic port.

Allright, so attach is picture how it looks. So somehow has to remove that tube and box looking thing on right? Hopefully easypiece.

There's no need to remove the air ducting. You just reach over it to get to the resistor. It's held in with a signal screw if I remember correctly.

Hello,

Yes LHD. Looking youtube video of RHD car I couldnt find it? So i thought if its on other side. Attached once more the right hand side picture. Resistor should be near blower behind that tube then? Need to remove the black box to see it?

Sorry for trouble, this is so annoying I know

Captain

20221116_092129~2.jpg Here is mine on a RHD car the resistor pack is on the right hand side of the tunnel. On mine you can see it without removing anything.

The LHD appears to have the heating system reconfigured as your pollen filter is on the right and mine is on the left.

Hope this helps.
